Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

  • A quiet working environment at home
  • Type 50+ wpm
  • Computer with Windows 10+. Minimum 8GB RAM. External mouse. Dual Monitors. USB wired noise canceling headset. We offer work-station assistance to subsidize and finance equipment if you do not have any of the required hardware already
  • High-Speed Internet Connection with 20Mbps or higher direct Ethernet (not WiFi) connection, and it cannot be shared with any other computers during working hours (must be a dedicated line/second line if others in the home use the connection during work hours)
  • Prefer at least 1-year experience selling by phone. If you do not possess this experience, a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn quickly and respond to feedback is required for training.   • Ability to be on the phone for entire shift.

Pay:

  • Guaranteed Base Pay
  • Bonuses & Commissions
  • W2 hourly employee, paid direct deposit, bimonthly pay dates.
  • Base Pay range is typically $16-$20/hr, depending on performance.

Hours:

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Our hours of operation are 8am to 6pm MST, Monday-Sunday. There is some flexibility to design a schedule that fits your life, whether that includes a split shift and midday break, a 4-day work week, or 6 days with shorter hours. Open to discussion as there are several creative ways to meet the coverage needs and we are happy to discuss this in the interview process. Note weekend hours are a requirement.

This is a work-from-home position in a well-established company. We are a small virtual call center and our entire “pack” works from home and have done so for over a decade. Family-owned and operated, we think a remote work environment provides a better work-life balance and we have a number of tools in place to train, engage, and support you remotely. Our team works closely together each day and you will know everyone in the company on a first-name basis. There are no upfront costs to "buy in", you will be a W2 employee with a guaranteed hourly wage, benefits, and incentive bonuses based on performance.
